Dog Day, Fusion Passes, SkiFever --winter’s coming fast!

At Skibowl, we are still enjoying autumn.  The Adventure Park is open for another weekend and we are winding down the season with our first ever Dog Day fun run/hike, to benefit Oregon Guide Dogs for the Blind.  Yeah, Mt. Hood National Forest  hiking trails are calling, but just around  the corner, winter is  coming fast!

Fusion Passes are on sale and the big ski show is  just weeks away. Fusion Passes are the best deal for winter riding and they got even better for the 2010-11 season, with price reductions for juniors and teens. Fusion lets you ride unrestricted all season long at both Timberline and Skibowl.

Buy your tickets today online  www.mthoodfusionpass.com , or at any of the four area REI stores on the weekends in October, from opening til 3 p.m. (Clackamas, Pearl, Tualatin, Hillsboro).

Fusion tickets will also be on sale at the Portland SkiFever  & Snowboard Show — November 5-7 Located at the Portland Expo, this is the must-see show of the season. Fantastic deals from area retailers ski  swap and  plenty of entertainment.  Details at skifever.org .

If you have gear to swap, make plans to attend the Mt. Hood Snowspots  Swap, Oct. 9-11, coordinated by the Mt. Hood Ski Patrol and the West Linn Snowboard team.  Check out  www.mhsss.com .
