SUNSHINE
It is just like a spring morning here at Skibowl. At 5am up here this morning it is 40 degrees in the Upper Bowl and 30 degrees in the base area. This inversion continues. Sounds like it might be warmer up here today than it is in Portland! Really a great afternoon to grab your sunscreen and catch a few rays. A rarity for winter in Oregon.
Collins Lake Resort is running another special this weekend. Half off of the third night. Being a holiday weekend it could be a good time to bring the family up for a mini vacation.
Tonight is Ladies Night at the Bowl. Women ride for only $14. There are also prize giveaways at 8pm in the Startlight Lodge. Some nice Betty Rides gear.
